“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“This property was average at best. Definitely showing age in upkeep of bathrooms, paint, etc. Breakfast food is good however be prepared for lack of plates, silverware, coffee, etc. Bar and restaurant underwhelming. Overpriced and understaffed.”

“We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were……

“We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was fantastic, and we loved that there was a separate shallow area for babies and little ones to safely……

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and always replenished, the room was clean and the parking and general area felt safe.”

“Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!”

“This is a very nice hidden gem. The only con it’s that the food options are very, very limited. The main pool even though it says it’s for guests only, it’s always open, you don’t have to use your room key to access it, and literally anyone can go and disturb your stay. The other pool it’s smaller, but no outsiders can go in which was my only option because I did not want the many, many people in the main pool which is beautiful by the way. They should control the access to it with the key fobs.”
